Deep fried Oreos are good for the soul. Chocolatey, sweet, hot, and sinful. Definitely not an everyday food, but perfect for a special treat.

Topped with cheddar cheese, thick cut bacon, and an onion ring.
Hand formed patties made with butter and grilled to form a crusty outer coating while keeping the beef moist. A decadent burger, but well worth the calories.

Hand breaded chicken tenders in Cap’n Crunch batter, Frank’s Red Hot sauce, and Pepper Jack cheese on Farmhouse White with a side of bleu cheese dressing.
A truly interesting sandwich. The breading is super sweet and the sauce is salty & spicy while the chicken is moist. Perfectly grilled bread is dense & chewy.

Sliced strawberries, candied pecans, fried goat cheese patty over mixed greens with poppy seed dressing.
Designed by Erin Rose and named after her Positive Detroit blog, this salad is sweet, tart, bitter, and refreshing. The goat cheese patty is creamy and crunchy.

Sphere-shaped Scandinavian pancakes served with fresh whipped cream and raspberries in syrup.
Not your grandmother’s pancakes (unless, of course, you’re Scandinavian), these orbs are a delightful change of pace. A slight crust forms on the outside while the inside remains light and fluffy.

Two large pancakes rolled with Nutella and served with fresh sliced strawberries and powdered sugar.
Not as dainty as a typical crepe, hence the “poor man’s” moniker, this is a hearty & satisfying treat. For breakfast or dessert, the rugged pancake is liberally filled with Nutella’s chocolate-hazelnut goodness. The strawberries add a tart freshness.
