#73 Buffalo Chicken Dip (via JoeFoodie)
An incredibly simple & delicious dip
1 rotisserie chicken (meat shredded off the carcass), a bottle of your favorite hot sauce (this version used Frank’s, but I think Ferndale restaurant The Fly Trap’s Swat Sauce would be awesome), a jar of blue cheese dressing (any organic blue cheese dressing would do), & 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips, sliced baguette, tortillas, celery, or whatever you like.
This is a hearty, spicy, & creamy dip.  Perfect for a party or while watching the NCAA tournament.
