#63 Margherita Pizza (via JoeFoodie)
The oven at Crust in Rochester Hills, MI burns at a temperature above 800 degrees fahrenheit. However, the crust was not as crisp I would’ve thought. Under the weight of the very fresh tasting tomatoes, the creamy cheese, and tender basil, I think the crust just gave way. Regardless, this was a delicious pizza - simple & well prepared.
