#61 Beef Pad Ped (via JoeFoodie)
Thai Orchid, one of my favorite Thai restaurants, is found in downtown Mt. Clemens. Beef Pad Ped is a red curry dish. Coconut milk is the foundation of the luscious sauce. Red & green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and eggplant are all very fresh. The peppers give crunch and the mushrooms/eggplant offer earthiness. The beef is OK, but not essential. The sauce & veggies make this dish.
