I had a gyro for dinner tonight. One of the best sandwiches ever. The combination of flavors & textures is amazing. Athenian Shish Kabob in Saint Clair Shores makes an excellent version with great tzatziki (cucumber sauce).

Intensity Academy, All Natural Gourmet Hot Sauces →
I received a sampler pack this week from @michelenorthrup over at Intensity Academy. I’ve tried 2 of the 4 sauces (Hot cubed & Chai Thai Teriyaki). Both are excellent, especially the hot sauce. The carrots seem to offer a roundness to the sauce that is missing from many ultra hot sauces.
