1554 | New Belgium →
Had New Belgium 1554 tonight for the 1st time. The recipe used to make this beer is around 500 years old. Isn’t that crazy? Beer has been around a LONG time. Check out the story behind Dogfish Head’s Midas Touch - also very old. Having access to New Belgium beers has been nice. Fat Tire & 1554 are solid brews. I can see why folks love their Fat Tire.

A list of foods that might sound disgusting, but I now want to try. Put any of them in front of me and I’ll take at least one bite. I’ve already had tripe (which I love) and Miekkler’s Beer Geek Weasel Breakfast stout was brewed with Kopi Luwak coffee. 2 gone - 10 to go!
